The brand that shook up the real ale scene with a self-styled promise to create 'uncompromising, bold and irreverent beer'.

The grapefruit comes through nicely without being too overbearing. As with all Brewdog beers it looks great too, with lots of attention paid to the design and production with the usual rock solid visual consistency of the Brewdog brand.

The copy grates though: "We have a terminal craziness to make the beers we want to drink" and "Fruity foreplay gives way to an all out sensory assault"...all tongue-in-cheek I'm sure but it starts to verge on Nathan Barley territory after a while.
