
A wonderful saison beer from an 8th generation sake brewer who started crafting their own beers back in the mid-90s. Made with koji - malted rice used in sake fermentation and the yuzu fruit which gives it a really subtle citric flavour. Delicious. And a fantastic label to boot, from the woodcut style illustration to the psychedelic-inspired lettering. Refreshing and original.
