Brewery: Red Hook

Origin: Seattle
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.2%

Established in 1981, this design looks unchanged since then, and I don’t have a problem with that. It feels like a beer you would clock in an early Steven Spielberg film, with a colour pallette that recalls giant forest dirt trails, BMX kids and faded T-shirts. Appreciate the effort made for the nerds by mentioning the Sacchoramyces Cerevisiae yeast strain in there too.
